Please do not return your order if any one of the following terms met or your return will be returned to you at your cost.
- Physical damaged items
- Any items were flashed by any software
- Mismatching serial number on item and invoice
- Discrepancy items
- Any marks, sticker, scratches, on the items or the packaging. Please do NOT write or post stickers on the manufacturer box. Please ship the package properly. Any scratches on the product due to shipping a package improperly will not be accepted
- If you failed to contact us within the 72 hours upon receipt contact period
Returning Shipping Costs
You are responsible for all returning shipping costs. We strongly recommend you to buy insurance for the shipment. In case that the package is damaged or lost, you are able to claim the shipping company insurance instead of bearing the costs.
Can I exchange a product?
We can exchange the same product if the product is defective and you contact us within 72 hours upon receipt of the product.
We do not exchange the product with a different product at this moment.
